Coinbase Wallet Swap Not Completed – Funds Stuck for Days

On November 29, 2024, at 5:04 PM, I initiated a swap on Coinbase Wallet to exchange BTCBR to BNB. Despite several days passing, the swap still hasn’t been completed, and my funds are essentially stuck. This delay is completely unacceptable, and I am extremely frustrated by the lack of resolution.

I need Coinbase to address this issue immediately and ensure that my swap is completed without further delay. How can such a reputable platform allow funds to be held up like this? I demand a prompt solution and clear communication regarding the status of my transaction. This kind of service failure is unacceptable for handling financial transactions.
