On October 25, 2025, at 3:36 PM, I swapped BNB for a coin called Inpepe via Binance Wallet, after seeing it promoted in a Telegram group. I used approximately 8,400 worth of BNB for the transaction. Although my balance initially increased after the swap, I’m now unable to perform any actions with the Inpepe tokens — I can’t sell, transfer, or withdraw them. Each time I attempt to make a transaction, I receive a risk-related error message, and during the process, several English warning messages appeared.
I contacted Binance customer support to resolve the issue, but they took no responsibility, stating that I should report the case to law enforcement instead. They provided no actual assistance or guidance. This is the first time I’ve encountered such a problem, and I feel completely helpless.
I request that Binance investigate the issue, recover my lost funds, and take necessary action to protect users from fraudulent or risky tokens like this one. I also ask that they review and strengthen their platform’s token verification policies to prevent similar cases in the future.
