My Trust Wallet BNB Balance Was Stolen Without My Authorization

I had not accessed my Trust Wallet account for a long time. The last time I checked, I had several BNB tokens stored safely inside. However, on the day I logged in to check my wallet balance, I was shocked to find that my entire balance was missing and showing as zero. After reviewing the transaction history, I discovered that on May 13, 2025, at 14:39, the full BNB balance was transferred to another wallet address without my knowledge or consent.

I want to be absolutely clear that I did not initiate this transaction and was completely unaware of it until I checked my account today. This raises a very serious security concern regarding Trust Wallet’s ability to protect user funds.

I am requesting urgent action from Trust Wallet support to investigate this unauthorized transfer, identify how my account was compromised, and help recover my stolen funds. As a user, I trusted Trust Wallet to safeguard my digital assets, and now I feel completely let down.

I expect immediate assistance and a clear resolution plan. Trust Wallet must also strengthen its fraud protection and customer support processes so that users like me do not continue to face such devastating losses.
