No Accountability in Blabla Car App, Leaving Passengers Stranded




On September 3, 2023, I had a conversation with a driver named F**** for a trip from Edirne to Kadıköy using the Blabla Car app. I initiated the reservation, and she confirmed that I was the first to book. However, just one day before the journey, she canceled the reservation. I hadn't purchased bus tickets or made other arrangements, and I was left stranded. What's concerning is the lack of any monitoring mechanism within the Blabla Car app. Who will address my inconvenience? There's absolutely zero accountability. I won't ever use this app again. It's clear that Blabla Car needs to improve its oversight and customer service to prevent such distressing experiences for passengers in the future.
