Uber Driver Took Another Passenger Instead of Me Despite My Reservation

On March 14, 2025, at 23:36, I requested an Uber from Cumhuriyet Square and was matched with a Dacia Logan with the license plate 38**476. The driver accepted my request and arrived at my location. We waited for 10 minutes, but during that time, the driver picked up another customer who had flagged him down on the street with luggage. Even though I approached him and explained that we had requested him through the app, he chose to take the other customer instead and rudely told me to "cancel the ride." He continued on his way without any apology, leaving me stranded. It is completely unacceptable for a driver to behave this way despite my prior reservation. Such incidents seriously damage customer satisfaction and service quality.
