Everything was agreed upon, and I relied on this plan—especially since it was right before the Bayram holiday, when finding alternative travel is nearly impossible.

But when the time came, the driver completely ignored my messages and never showed up. He left me stranded at the last minute, which affected both my work obligations and personal family responsibilities. What’s worse, his profile looks reliable with high ratings, but it’s clear he hasn’t had any recent reviews. He pretends to be polite during the conversation but then acts with zero accountability.
