I Face Unauthorized Withdrawal of Ship Tokens from My Bitexen Account

Three days ago, the entire balance of my Ship cryptocurrency was withdrawn from my Bitexen account without my permission. I have no information about how this transaction was carried out or by whom. My account was secured with two-factor authentication, and I had taken all necessary steps to protect it, which makes this incident even more concerning.
As soon as I noticed the unauthorized withdrawal, I immediately contacted Bitexen’s customer service via message. However, I have yet to receive any response, phone call, or update from them. This is the first time I have encountered such an issue, and it has caused me significant financial and emotional distress.
I request that Bitexen urgently investigate this breach, provide a detailed explanation of how the withdrawal occurred despite two-factor security, and restore my stolen Ship tokens to my account. Users need clear answers and stronger protections to prevent such security failures in the future.
