I Lost My Luna and LUNC Balances in Bitexen App Without Any Transactions

I recently logged into my Bitexen mobile app account after a long period of inactivity and was shocked to find that my entire balance—consisting of Luna, LUNC, and Bitexen tokens—had completely disappeared. I had not made any trades, withdrawals, or transfers during this time. My account was active, and I hadn’t performed a single action that would result in this loss.

I’m seriously concerned that my account may have been compromised, but I didn’t receive any alerts for suspicious activity or unauthorized access. I had no two-factor authentication or password updates in place at the time. This is the first time I’ve encountered a security breach like this on any platform.

I reached out to Bitexen customer service immediately upon discovering the issue, but I have not received any response or explanation. My funds have vanished without any trace or justification, and I’m left completely in the dark.

I urgently request a full investigation into my account activity and demand that my missing balance be refunded. I also ask that Bitexen enhance my account’s security and provide a prompt written update. This needs to be resolved without delay.
