Bitexen Withdrawal Fails with Error, No Refund Issued
I recently attempted to withdraw funds from my Bitexen account, only to receive a "failed transaction" error, and my money has not been refunded. All necessary verifications were completed and confirmed, and I tried to transfer the funds to my own bank account. Despite following the correct steps, the transaction still shows as an error. I reached out to Bitexen via email, but only received an automatic response, with no resolution or support. I am frustrated by this lack of assistance and need Bitexen to address this issue promptly by either completing the transfer or issuing a full refund.
