Bitexen Has Not Refunded My Money Despite My Calls and Messages for Three Weeks
I've been attempting to get my money back from Bitexen, but after countless calls and messages, I still haven't heard anything or found a solution. Whenever I reach out, I'm informed that my concern has been passed on to the appropriate team and that they will take care of it. It has now been three weeks, and I am still seeing no progress. I feel quite disappointed with their customer service due to the absence of communication and action. I placed my trust in Bitexen with my funds, and I anticipate that they will manage these matters with care and responsibility. I want to share my experience to help others be more aware and to encourage caution. I trust this matter will be sorted out quickly, as I am just seeking what is justly owed to me.
