Bitexen XRP Withdrawal Request Pending with No Resolution

I initiated an XRP withdrawal request on Bitexen a day ago, and it still hasn’t been processed. I’ve never experienced this kind of delay with other platforms. Bitexen has been a regretful choice for me. Not only am I losing valuable time, but I’m also facing losses due to the fluctuating value of XRP. When I reached out for support, I was simply told to send an email, which I did, but there’s been no resolution. This approach to customer service is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I expected a quick and efficient process, but instead, I’m left waiting without any clear answers. Bitexen needs to address these issues promptly to avoid further dissatisfaction among users.
