I Face Complete Loss of Assets on Bitexen After Update

I had a significant balance in my Bitexen account, but after their so-called “update,” all of my assets disappeared. When I try to reach them for an explanation, they simply respond with vague statements like “we are updating the system” and avoid addressing the actual issue. To make matters worse, they left a tiny, unusable amount in my account that I cannot even sell. This makes it impossible for me to recover or use my funds in any way.

It is unacceptable for an exchange to remove user assets without consent or clear communication. The lack of transparency and the dismissive attitude from support raise serious concerns about the security of funds on this platform.

I demand that Bitexen immediately restore my full balance, provide a detailed explanation of what happened during this “update,” and ensure that no user’s assets can be altered or removed without explicit permission in the future.
