Bitexen Doesn’t Show My Transferred Coins Earned from Survey Apps

I’ve been transferring small amounts of coins—₺1, ₺3 at a time—to Bitexen, earned through survey apps I regularly use. I’ve done this before without issue, but recently, none of the coins I sent have shown up in my Bitexen wallet. It may not be a huge amount of money, but it’s my time and effort, and Bitexen is withholding it.

I even noted in the survey app that previous transactions had always arrived, but now they just vanish. The sending platforms clearly show that the coins were successfully transferred, yet Bitexen reflects nothing. This isn’t just negligence—it feels like my money is being deliberately withheld.

I’ve reached out before about similar issues, and no one ever followed up. It’s the same again—zero response, zero accountability. Why does this platform even exist if it can’t support the people who trust it with their hard-earned assets?
