I’ve done this before without issue, but recently, none of the coins I sent have shown up in my Bitexen wallet. I even noted in the survey app that previous transactions had always arrived, but now they just vanish. The sending platforms clearly show that the coins were successfully transferred, yet Bitexen reflects nothing. This isn’t just negligence—it feels like my money is being deliberately withheld.
