I Face Missing Elon Coin Balance on Bitexen Without Any Transaction

I have an account registered under the name Hazar K******* on Bitexen, and until about three months ago, I had an Elon coin balance worth approximately ₺500. One day, without any action or approval from me, my entire Elon coin balance suddenly disappeared, showing as zero in my account. During this period, I did not make any trades, transfers, or sales, so there is no legitimate reason for my balance to be missing.

This is the first time I have experienced such an issue on Bitexen. I am aware that my coins are not under any special contract, warranty, or additional protection, but as the account holder, I expect my funds to remain secure unless I personally authorize a transaction.

I request that Bitexen immediately investigate this matter, explain how my balance disappeared without activity, and restore my missing Elon coins. Users must have confidence that their assets will remain safe unless they take direct action.
