For several months now, all of my cryptocurrency and ₺ balances in my Bitexen account have been showing as zero. This issue appeared suddenly and has persisted despite my repeated attempts to get it resolved. I have sent multiple emails to Bitexen’s support team explaining the problem in detail, but I have not received any correction, update, or even a proper response.
This prolonged inaction has left me unable to access or use my funds, causing significant frustration and uncertainty about the safety of my assets. As an exchange, Bitexen has the responsibility to ensure that account balances are accurate and accessible at all times.
I request that Bitexen immediately investigate the cause of my missing balances, restore all of my lost cryptocurrency and ₺ holdings, and provide a clear explanation of how this issue occurred and why it has taken so long to address. Users must be able to trust that their funds are secure and that support will respond promptly when problems arise.
