Bitci.com Locked My Account, Confiscated My Money
For the past 50 days, I've been having a nightmare with my Bitci account. I can't seem to log in, and it's driving me insane. I've been contacting their support team since day one, and while they say they're working on it and will inform me as soon as there's any progress, there hasn't been any. Worse, I don't even have access to my account balance. It's as if they've completely shut me out and taken over my money. I mean, come on, that's not even fair! I'm hoping they can resolve this as soon as possible because I'm becoming increasingly concerned and frustrated. I've already contacted their customer service team several times, and I'm still waiting for a response. I simply want my account unlocked and my money returned to me. It's difficult not to feel like I'm at their mercy, but I'll keep trying until this problem is resolved.
