Bitci Exchange Won't Perform My Xrp Transfer

My XRP transfer from the Bitci exchange was withdrawn 195 days ago, but it is still in the transfer process. Despite my repeated requests for assistance, the support team continues to provide generic responses and assurances that it will be processed as soon as possible. However, 195 days is a ridiculously long time to wait for a transfer to be completed, and I'm becoming increasingly frustrated with the lack of progress. I understand that delays are possible, but the lack of transparency and specific information about my transfer is concerning. I'd like to know when my transfer will be processed and what steps are being taken to solve this issue. I can't keep waiting indefinitely without any meaningful updates or resolutions. It is past time for Bitci exchange to take decisive action and provide a satisfactory solution to this issue.
