Lost Crypto Currency on Bitci.com

I transferred USDT via Bitci, but the money did not reach the other party. I contacted Bitci customer service 5 times regarding the problem I was experiencing, and they did not take even a single step to resolve my grievance. They say the transfer has been made, but when I check via the USDT protocol, I see that there is no money leaving my wallet. I want Bitci to change this unethical attitude, which does not care about its customers and which damages trust in a serious medium such as the cryptocurrency exchange, as soon as possible and solve my problem.
