Bitci.com Blocks My Bitcoin Withdrawals but Processes Deposits Instantly

There is an issue with cash withdrawals; my withdrawal transactions are either canceled or kept on hold in the system. My withdrawal requests are not processed because they claim there is a problem in the system. However, for some reason, there is no issue when depositing money. When you deposit money, the system works instantly, and the funds are immediately transferred to your bitcoin account. Yet, withdrawing money is a completely different story, as you have to make countless attempts, and it is constantly delayed due to so-called system failures. Nothing is explained clearly, and no action is taken to resolve the problem.
