Bitay Locked My Funds and Coins and I Can’t Withdraw or Sell Them
I've been using Bitay for a long time, but I've never had troubles like this year. Right now, I can't withdraw my money or sell the coins I bought on the platform. My assets are effectively trapped in the system, with no explanation or support from Bitay. I've been attempting to address this and get my money, but there has been no progress. I simply want to be able to withdraw and sell my coins as I should be able to. It's very disheartening to experience such a lack of service after utilizing the platform for so long. I hope Bitay resolves this issue rapidly, as I am expecting adequate access to my assets.
I wrote the complaint incompletely out of frustration. I can't buy or sell because my transactions are not visible, so I can't place a sell order. There's no one to approve withdrawal transactions. They've removed the sales of the coins I bought earlier, so I can't place a sell order or transfer them.
