Freebitcoin Instant BTC Withdrawal Stuck For Weeks - No Support Response

I requested an instant withdrawal of 0.00049821 BTC from my Freebitcoin balance around mid-November 2025 in the afternoon, but the withdrawal has still not been processed even though more than two weeks have passed. The transaction is stuck and the funds have not reached my wallet. About five days ago, I opened a support ticket regarding this delayed instant withdrawal, but I have not received any response or explanation. It is very concerning that an “instant” withdrawal has been pending for this long and that support has not replied to my ticket. I request that my delayed withdrawal of 0.00049821 BTC be processed immediately and the funds sent without any further delay, or that I receive a clear and prompt explanation of what is causing this issue.
