Bitay Crypto Funds Stuck, Unable to Withdraw or Trade

I’ve been experiencing a serious issue with Bitay. My funds have been stuck in a pending state for a long time. I can neither withdraw the money nor use it to buy any cryptocurrency. Despite reaching out to support multiple times, I haven’t received any response or resolution.

This situation is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. If a company resorts to holding even small amounts of money without explanation, I can’t imagine what happens with larger transactions. Bitay, you are causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience to your users. I demand an immediate resolution to release my funds. Improve your service and stop causing harm to your customers! This issue needs to be addressed now.
