Bitci.com Account Suspended Without Reason and Funds Missing
Recently, my Bitci.com account was inexplicably suspended. After resuming activity on my account due to market fluctuations, my account was suddenly deactivated about a week ago. I started receiving a "user not found" error message. Two hours later, my account was reactivated, but upon review, I discovered that approximately ₺30,000 had been withdrawn without my authorization.
My account is now active, but my transactions remain restricted. How can users trust this platform when accounts can be suspended at will and funds withdrawn without consent? I demand a full investigation into this issue and the immediate return of my missing funds.
Bitci.com must ensure user trust and prevent further mistreatment of Turkish investors. Please resolve this promptly.

12 days ago, my account was closed by Bitçi, then my account was opened, but buying and selling was closed in a restricted manner. When I checked, I noticed that nearly 30,000 TL was withdrawn from the account. Currently, my account is open, but I am restricted from buying and selling; I cannot withdraw or sell the coins I have. In a market that is active 24 hours, I cannot trade in my account due to restrictions. You can more or less estimate how much I could lose in 12 days. I have been trading with Bitçi for years, but I have never experienced such a grievance. I demand that my problem be resolved quickly. We started with Bitçi in crypto, but we do not want this journey to end because of Bitçi.
