Two hours later, my account was reactivated, but upon review, I discovered that approximately ₺30,000 had been withdrawn without my authorization.
My account is now active, but my transactions remain restricted. How can users trust this platform when accounts can be suspended at will and funds withdrawn without consent? I demand a full investigation into this issue and the immediate return of my missing funds.
Bitci.com must ensure user trust and prevent further mistreatment of Turkish investors. Please resolve this promptly.
