Bitci.com Delays USDT Withdrawal for Over 48 Hours Without Resolution

On January 19, 2025, Sunday, at approximately 3:50 PM, I initiated a USDT withdrawal on Bitci.com. Despite successfully completing a similar transaction just 10 minutes earlier for confirmation, this transfer has not gone through.

I have sent numerous emails and tried reaching customer support, but no solution has been provided. It’s been over 48 hours, and the funds are still not in my wallet. This kind of delay is unacceptable for a platform handling financial transactions, especially when timely access to funds is critical.

Bitci.com, I demand immediate action to process my USDT withdrawal and a clear explanation for this delay. Such issues severely damage trust in your platform, and I expect this to be resolved urgently.
