Bitci.com Blocked My Account Without Notice and Now My Funds Are Trapped

Blocking bitcoin exchange accounts without explanation traps users' funds within the exchange! Bitçi changed my account status to "unapproved" and restricted it without any email or notification. This action was taken without any missing information on my part. I realized this issue has affected many others around me, where funds or crypto assets deposited in the exchange become difficult, if not impossible, to retrieve from a blocked account. Despite my repeated attempts to reach out and clarify the situation, Bitçi provided no reason, took no action, and gave no response. I’m left questioning whether I can ever trust or use this exchange again, as this experience has led to a significant loss of confidence.
