Bitci Exchange Locked My DTEC Coin for Over a Month – No Response

I purchased DTEC Coin on Bitci Exchange and later added more when the price dropped. This was not a pre-sale token, nor was it received for free—I bought it with my own funds. However, for no clear reason, the coin was suddenly disabled for trading while still sitting in my wallet.

I have contacted customer support three times over the past month, only to receive the same automated response about ongoing maintenance. If it takes over a month, what kind of maintenance is this? Worse, they refuse to answer how much longer it will take. My concerns about Bitci’s reliability keep growing, and I demand an immediate resolution to regain access to my funds!
