Bitay Global Withdrawal Issue - Funds Not Received!

I was doing some trading on the Bitay Global crypto exchange. I attempted to withdraw my funds, but they have yet to be deposited into my account. I made a withdrawal on February 29, 2024, but it still hasn't been processed. On March 1, 2024, I made another attempt to withdraw money, but the funds are still nowhere to be found. What's the issue? Do you think they'll hold onto the money, even if I've made a lot?
