Bitay App WithdrawalSucks! My Money Stuck in Limbo!
Bitay needs to take this matter seriously and address it promptly. I'm not the only user experiencing withdrawal problems, and this is clearly a widespread issue. It's time for Bitay to step up and provide reliable service to its customers. I want my money transferred to my bank account immediately.I tried to withdraw some money from my account on January 7th and 26th, 2024. The funds were deducted from my available balance, but they never made it to my bank account. My money is essentially stuck in limbo, and I'm unable to reach anyone at Bitay for assistance. This is unacceptable! I demand that this issue be resolved immediately. If this situation persists, I will be forced to take legal action.
Despite several days passing, there has still been no progress.
