I made a withdrawal from the Bitay exchange on 12.07.2024, but despite the considerable time that has passed since then, the funds have yet to be credited to my account. I've been having trouble getting a response from them. It seems like they're not very responsive to emails or phone calls. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter. If it remains unresolved, I may need to escalate my concerns to both CIMER and the prosecutor's office. The devaluation of my funds is causing financial losses that I cannot afford.
