Unable to Access Funds or Support Following Bitay2 Coin Purchase

On March 17, 2024, I purchased Bitay2 coins. However, the funds I deposited do not appear in the system, no bonus was credited as promised, and I cannot withdraw my money. I’ve been unable to reach anyone for assistance. I’ve sent emails with no response, and when I call, I'm constantly placed on hold. When I finally get to my turn in the queue, the call is disconnected, or sometimes there’s just complete silence with no response. Is Bitay going bankrupt? I want my money back. If this issue is not resolved, I will pursue legal action.
