Timo Club Continues Charging My Bank Account After App Deletion
I deleted the Timo Club app about a month ago and never purchased any membership packages. However, for the past month and a half, my İş Bankası account has been charged ₺96 every week on different days. These withdrawals have continued even after deleting the app. I had only verified my phone number (0543684**) and made two top-up payments, but I haven’t performed any transactions since then.
I couldn’t find any contact number or customer service for Timo Club, and I haven’t received a response through the app either. The app doesn’t even open anymore, so I can’t cancel any memberships or perform account-related actions. I also haven’t been able to request a refund yet, and my financial loss is ongoing.
I request that these unauthorized deductions be stopped immediately and that all unjustly withdrawn amounts be refunded to my account. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
