I Did Not Receive My Ride Payments for 10 Days

It’s been 10 days, and the payments for the rides I completed through the BiTaksi app still haven’t been deposited into my account. I’ve called multiple times asking what the issue is, and they ask me, “Is the bank account yours?” I say yes, but they still can’t explain what the problem is. They keep telling me, “We’ve forwarded the issue to the headquarters, please wait a bit.” I’ve been waiting for 10 days, but I still haven’t received my money.
