Bershka Fails to Deliver Cowboy Boots After 16 Days
On January 1, I placed an order for a pair of cowboy boots through Bershka’s official website. My order number is 40343983016, and at the time of purchase, the delivery date was shown as January 15–16. However, despite 16 days having passed and the delivery window expiring, my product has still not been delivered.
I tried to contact the company regarding this delay, but I was unable to reach customer service because only international phone numbers are available. I could not find any direct point of contact. I am unable to obtain clear information about my order status, and I have not received any updates regarding the delivery process.
I have been waiting for my order for a long time, and to avoid further inconvenience, I request that my product be shipped as soon as possible and delivered to me urgently.
