Birkenstock Chef Clogs Stretch and Lose Shape Within One Month

In May, I purchased Birkenstock chef clogs from an A101 store. Although the clogs are size 45, they warped and stretched significantly in a short period; they now fit loosely like a size 47 and have completely lost their shape.
Additionally, the felt lining on the inside constantly leaves black marks on my socks every time I wear them, which causes serious discomfort and hygiene concerns. I have been experiencing these issues for about a month.
When I reached out to Birkenstock regarding this matter, they rejected my complaint and offered no assistance. Since this is clearly a product quality issue, I demand a full refund or an exchange for a defect-free pair.
