I Face Greasy Texture and Separation Issues with Bioderma Aquafluid Sunscreen
I’ve been using Bioderma Aquafluid sunscreen for a while, and my initial experience with the product was quite positive. However, the most recent tube I purchased is completely different—and not in a good way. The formula appears to have changed, or the product has possibly gone bad. Either way, it’s become unusable.
As soon as I apply it, the cream feels extremely greasy and sits on the skin without absorbing. It leaves an uneven, patchy finish and no longer offers the lightweight, matte texture it once did. Even worse, the product separates during application—its contents split into a yellow oily liquid and a white residue, which is definitely not how this sunscreen used to behave.
The color has also changed. What used to be a pleasant, balanced tone now looks overly saturated and unnatural on the skin. I honestly don’t know if the formula was altered or if there’s been a quality control issue, but this is clearly not the same product I trusted before.
Bioderma, I’m asking for a clear explanation. Has the Aquafluid formula changed? Is this a defective batch? Either way, I expect a response and resolution. I paid a premium (₺) for this sunscreen and now can’t even use it. Please take this issue seriously and provide a proper solution.
