I Face White Cast and Staining Issues with Bioderma Photoderm Visible Sunscreen

As someone who has used Bioderma products for years and generally been satisfied, I’m extremely disappointed with my recent purchase of the Bioderma Photoderm Visible sunscreen. The product promises “Fast Absorption” and an “Invisible Finish” right on the packaging—but in reality, it delivers the opposite.

The sunscreen leaves a thick white cast on my skin that simply won't absorb, no matter how long I wait. It also transfers heavily onto clothing, creating visible stains that are incredibly hard to remove. These are not minor inconveniences—they make the product practically unusable for daily wear.

I expected better from a trusted brand like Bioderma. Either this formula doesn’t meet the advertised claims, or there’s a serious production issue with this batch. In either case, I feel misled and frustrated.

I’m requesting a clear explanation about the product’s formulation and why it fails to deliver on its promises. More importantly, I expect Bioderma to address this issue seriously and offer a resolution that reflects their commitment to customer satisfaction. A brand’s reputation is built on consistency—and this product has let me down.
