I recently purchased Bioderma Atoderm Cream from a local pharmacy, assuming it would be safe and authentic due to the brand's reputation. However, when I scanned the barcode using the official Ürün Takip Sistemi (ÜTS), the system didn’t recognize the product at all. This immediately raised serious concerns for me.
To double-check, I tried entering the lot number manually on the ÜTS platform. This time, it showed that the product was registered, which added to the confusion. Thinking it might just be a glitch, I attempted to verify it through the Naos Stars app by scanning the QR code on the packaging. But once again, I was met with an error message and no confirmation of authenticity.
This inconsistency across verification systems makes me question whether the product I bought is genuine. For a cream meant to be used on sensitive or compromised skin, not being able to confirm its authenticity is deeply troubling.
I need Bioderma or Naos to clarify whether the ÜTS record alone is enough to prove the product is real, and why the QR code fails to scan on the official app. Consumers should never be left in the dark when it comes to the safety of the products they're applying to their skin. Please resolve this uncertainty urgently.
