I purchased the Bioderma Photoderm Pediatric Mineral sunscreen for my baby from a site called Kırmızıbeyazz, which is listed as an official retailer on Bioderma’s own website. Unfortunately, what I received is completely unusable. The cream inside the tube is so thick and solid that it won’t come out no matter how hard I squeeze. I even opened the cap and tried to scoop some out with my hand, but it's just too stiff and dry to apply. I realized this issue at the beach, which meant I couldn’t use it at all when I needed it most.
This product is either expired, defective, or not genuine. I immediately tried to contact the seller via their own site but received no response. It’s unacceptable that a product supposedly meant for babies, and from a supposedly trusted retailer, would arrive in such poor condition with no customer service follow-up.
I request an immediate full refund or a replacement with a functioning, fresh product. Bioderma should not be working with sellers that distribute faulty goods and then disappear when problems arise. It’s deeply disappointing to see such a well-known brand fail to stand behind its products and its approved sellers. I expect urgent resolution.
