Binomo Deducted ₺1,030 From My Garanti Bank Card Without Deposit or Refund

I attempted to make three deposits into my Binomo account using my Garanti Bank personal card. Each transaction was rejected by the system, yet the money was still withdrawn from my account: ₺340, ₺340, and ₺350, totaling ₺1,030.

It has now been 20 days, and no refund has been made. Despite contacting Binomo customer service multiple times and even sending them my payment receipts, I have received no response or resolution.

This situation is unacceptable. The money was deducted without the deposit ever being credited to my account, and the lack of communication from support makes the experience even worse.

I demand that Binomo refund the full ₺1,030 taken from my account as soon as possible. Customers should not have to wait weeks and chase support just to get back money that was wrongly taken in the first place.
