I made a deposit to Binomo via IBAN under the name EA** yesterday**, and it has been over 24 hours, yet the funds have not been added to my account. I have reached out to customer support multiple times, but I have not received any response or resolution.

This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. If my deposit is not going to be credited, then I demand an immediate refund. How can a platform operate like this with no communication or accountability?

I expect urgent action from Binomo to either process my deposit or refund my money immediately. Failure to respond will only further damage trust in this platform.
