Hipp Natal Breastfeeding Tea Contains Unusual Clumps and Raises Safety Concerns

I opened a package of Hipp Natal breastfeeding tea, marketed as a milk-boosting herbal tea for breastfeeding mothers, approximately four days ago. As I continued using the tea and reached the bottom portion of the package, I noticed numerous clumped pieces inside that looked significantly different from the product's normal appearance. Seeing this unusual clumping inside the product raised serious hygiene concerns for me and made me uncomfortable continuing to consume it.

The batch number printed on the bottom of the box is L-509871, and the expiration date is listed as November 4, 2025. Because I have concerns about the contents and safety of this product, I request that this batch be thoroughly investigated and, if deemed necessary, that the affected products be recalled. I also expect a product replacement or refund, together with a detailed explanation regarding the cause of this issue.

I kindly ask that this matter be treated seriously and that I receive a prompt response regarding my complaint.
