Hipp Organic Combiotik Infant Formula Was Missing the Measuring Scoop

I purchased a 350-gram package of Hipp Organic Combiotik infant formula from a pharmacy in Bafra, Samsun, on August 29, 2026. When I opened the package, I noticed that the measuring scoop was missing.

I contacted Hipp regarding this issue. I was told that they could not provide a replacement measuring scoop and that I should simply use another spoon instead. However, when preparing a sensitive product such as infant formula, using a random spoon instead of the standard measuring scoop makes it difficult to prepare the formula according to the feeding instructions and does not provide the level of accuracy or confidence that parents should be able to expect. Moreover, the company's response of “we cannot send one, just use another spoon” for such a simple but important issue has seriously undermined my trust in the brand.

I request that Hipp take this matter seriously and ensure that the appropriate measuring scoop is included in all of its infant formula products. I also request a suitable solution and response to resolve the inconvenience and concern I have experienced.
