Mico Permanently Banned My Account and Blocked My Device Without a Clear Explanation
While using my account named “ay parçası” on the Mico app, I initially received a 48-hour suspension. Shortly after this suspension was lifted today, my account was permanently banned approximately one hour ago, and I was also completely prevented from creating or using another account on my device.
I did not use any insults, profanity, or offensive language within the app. I was told that the reason for the action was simply that I used a different app name and a different agency name, which I find extremely concerning. When I contacted Mico Support, I was only told that this was against Mico's rules. However, I was not given any clear or detailed explanation of which specific rule I allegedly violated or how my actions constituted a violation.
As a user who has also spent approximately $4 on the app, I believe that permanently banning my account and blocking my device without any prior warning or providing a clear reason is unfair.
I request that Mico management review the permanent ban imposed on my account, and especially the device-level restriction, and remove these restrictions if they were applied unjustly. I also request, if possible, a clear written explanation identifying the specific Mico rules I allegedly violated and explaining how my actions constituted a violation.
