I transferred 8445 FET coins from my Gate.io account to my Binance account, but the funds never arrived in Binance. I immediately contacted Binance support and received a response, which I have attached. Binance informed me that to process a refund, Gate.io must send an email to [email protected]. However, I have had no success getting this resolved.
Gate.io, I am requesting that you send the required email to Binance immediately so my funds can be recovered. This is a significant amount, and I need a resolution as soon as possible. Why is there no clear support process for lost transactions? I expect prompt action from Gate.io to fix this issue!
