I recently received a USD transfer from abroad, and Binance even sent me an email confirming that the funds had been sent to my account. However, when I logged into my Binance wallet, the money was nowhere to be found. My balance still shows zero, and there’s no transaction record or pending deposit.
I’ve checked every section of the platform—spot wallet, funding wallet, transaction history—but the funds are simply missing. I even took a screenshot of the confirmation email I received from Binance and attached it here for reference.
This situation is extremely stressful, especially since it involves a significant amount of money. I need to know what steps I should take, and how to escalate this issue to someone who can actually help. There seems to be no clear process for resolving transfer visibility problems like this.
Binance, I’m asking you to look into this issue immediately and make the funds appear in my account. Your users deserve prompt support and clarity when it comes to money transfers—especially ones confirmed by your system. Please respond and guide me through how to get this resolved.
