I transferred TON from my Telegram wallet to my Binance account, but I made the mistake of forgetting to include the MEMO address. I have the correct TxID and all the transaction details, but Binance’s system refuses to accept it for a recovery request. I’ve tried reaching out to customer support, but getting proper help has become nearly impossible.
The support system is frustrating, slow, and unclear. Communication is difficult, and I haven’t been able to speak to a real person who can actually resolve the issue. This has turned into a stressful experience when all I want is to recover the funds I rightfully own.
I’m urgently asking Binance to assist me in retrieving the TON I sent. I have the transaction proof and just need someone from the support team to review it and process the recovery manually. Binance, please make your support system more responsive and user-friendly. Mistakes can happen, but that shouldn’t mean users lose their money forever. I want my funds back—please help.
