I transferred TON coins from my personal wallet to my Binance address, but I accidentally forgot to include the required Memo tag during the transfer. As a result, the coins never arrived in my Binance account.
This was an honest mistake, and I’m reaching out for urgent help. The funds were definitely sent, and the transaction is visible on the blockchain, but since the Memo was missing, they haven’t been credited. I’ve heard of similar cases where Binance helped recover funds—so I’m asking for the same support.
Binance, please assist me in retrieving or crediting the TON coins I sent. I expect a refund or proper handling of this issue as soon as possible. I’m providing all transaction details and proof—please don’t let this money go to waste.
