Binance Paxg Coin Short Trade Wiped Out Balance, Liquidation Fails
I was engaged in a short trade using Paxg coin on Binance. However, due to an error in the execution of the trade, my entire balance was wiped out. According to the liquidation settings, my position should have been liquidated at the 2540 level. However, liquidation failed to occur, and the entire trade was reset to zero. The trade ended up settling in the 3000s range.
I contacted Binance customer support for assistance, but they were unable to provide a satisfactory explanation for what transpired. They acknowledged the issue but offered no solution or compensation.
I am deeply disappointed with this experience, especially considering the years I have been using Binance.
I demand a thorough investigation into this matter and a full restoration of my lost funds.
