Binance Server Error Caused Liquidation of My Trades and Financial Losses

As of 00:02:58 on 2024-12-10, I attempted to close all on the 19 trading pairs in my account, but the action failed and resulted in a service connected refresh error. I closed and reopened Binance to resolve the issue, but during this time, my trades were liquidated. Due to this server error, I was unable to sell my trading pairs and suffered financial losses. Your team examined the issue and provided me with a link to claim compensation. This problem occurs periodically on my account, and I have shared the necessary screenshots and videos with your team. The error has been acknowledged, and I was instructed to fill out a form for compensation. If not for the server error, I would have been able to save my funds and continue trading. As a regular Binance user, I have faced significant hardship due to this loss, and I request Binance to address this grievance, support its users, and ensure such errors are resolved. I expect thorough investigations and appropriate compensation for the financial loss I experienced on the specified date and time.
