Binance Deducts Excessive Commissions and Reduces My Balance

I have been trading on the Binance platform for 5–6 years, but lately I’ve noticed an unreasonable amount of commission charges. I opened two trades at the same time with a $50 balance—one closed with a $10 profit, the other with an $11 loss. In theory, I should have only lost $1, yet my remaining balance dropped to $30. How can a balance that should be at least $45 suddenly fall to $30? This is the third time in a month I’ve faced these and similar unreasonable charges. I can’t get past the useless live support bot and can’t reach a representative to explain the situation. It’s time to switch to an alternative exchange.
